“When you pass though the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you.  When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.  For I Am the Lord Your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior.” (Isaiah 43:2,3)

Child,
Know that I Am in the midst of the storm and I have provided a way of escape.  Though the way seems hopeless, with Me all is possible and I can bring newness of life out of the waste.  Yes, there is hope when there seems to be no hope, and it is only when they call upon My Name, then I Am there.  I will bring restoration and newness of life after the storm has passed.  I will be with those who call on Me and they will pass from death to life.  Know that I Am bringing new life to this society and My kingdom will be planted and grow.  Speak blessings and not curses over these areas and you will see My kingdom expand.  I Am the giver of life and My grace is sufficient to change.
